Such a Fun Stay!

I loved the location. Shops and cafes were steps away! The coffee shop in the lobby had yummy coffee and pastries. When I arrived, two madelines were on the bed. What a sweet treat!

My room had no fan in the bathroom so it felt a little steamy after a shower.

This location is amazing. I found it easy to get around the city from here due to proximity to the metro and the bus station. The hotel is also walkable to many attractions, and that really helped me.

The reception staff were fantastic. They were super helpful and answered all my questions, and I really appreciated that. I also received a handwritten welcome note, a nice touch.

the location suited me. it was close to transport and felt safe at night. the front desk staff seemed engaged and very helpful. i liked the room decor. it was warm. i also found it clean.

early check in was agreed. this did not happen. i waited a long time. pop up setting up was beside my room and loud.

i found the staff very cute and helpful . they gave me a new chair when i needed it. i also enjoyed the coffee shop in the lobby. it was a great bonus.

my room did not have an exhaust fan in the bathroom, and there werent any vents. the room smelled a bit of mildew because of shower steam. i had to open the window sometimes.
